“Regarding the VR, AR components, product assembly technology and device providers, Taiwan is ready.” Stephen Su remarked VR, AR are not new technologies in Taiwan. In addition, VR, AR can be viewed as technologies of the era on the point of the rise of IoT, the 4G and 5G era.
Stephen Su said the service-oriented platform could help VR and AR technologies become enabling technologies, which are expected to apply in smart tourism, shopping and retail business.
For example, VR technology could be a new solution in department stores, helping customers to try on clothes and accessories faster. On the other hand, VR technology also could contribute to the manufacturer in realizing the small amount of diversity.
