TAIPEI, Taiwan — Huawei’s latest flagship Platinum 8 (P8) lite will be launched on June 15 here in Taiwan with a very special and unique selfie feature, which will make the handset owner look better whenever taking selfies. Amazingly, the pricetag of this high-end feature handset is NT$7,990 dollars.
Technically speaking, P8 lite comes with a 5-inch IPS screen display, with 7.7mm light body design, is powered by the company’s own newest octa-core 64-bit Kirin 620 processor along with eight 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 and Mali-450 graphic processor inside.
The P8 differenciated itself from other competitors by boasting of the speical selfie feature that as long as the handset owner finished the facial recognition, the handset will automatically add some special beauty enhancement whenever the handset owner takes selfie such as flawless face, V-shape face, to name a few.
However, only the handset owner will enjoy the beauty enhancement, it doesn’t work for other men that are shown in the picture to make sure the handset owner look the best.
Meanwhile, Huawei MediaPad X2, Huawei TalkBand B2 and Huawei B315s will also be launched before the third quarter of this year. Taiwanese users will have more choices in this summer time.
