Advantech announces the release of its IDS31 industrial touch monitor series with flexible mechanical design.
While many products developed for the commercial field do not feature many of the elements needed in the industrial field, namely ruggedness, long life and extended availability, Advantech has risen to this challenge and created IDS31 series to meet that need. Ranging from 7” to 32” in both 4:3 and 16:9 sizes, the open frame chassis system is designed for rear mounting to existing panels or new designs alike.
IDS31 series is equipped with a clever mechanical design which allows for both touch and non-touch versions as standard, which can even be adapted to alternate touch technologies such as surface capacitive or surface acoustic wave for low minimum order quantities and without the need for additional NRE costs.
The design has been developed to minimize bezel frame dimensions and incorporates the standard VESA 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mounting system. Quick sampling and the biggest product selection make IDS31 series an ideal and cost-effective solution for all industrial, professional, and gaming markets where display differentiation is the key to success.
IDS31 series provides a wide range of size options from 7” to 32” with 4:3 and 16:9 forms. Each design has an optional black powder coated cover (available with low MOQ) to enable the user to specify a closed frame construction allowing surface, pole, arm or other standard VESA mounting systems.
IDS31 series provides customers with a wide range of user configurable options such as touch technologies, high brightness, and HDMI/Displayport interface. As a testament to the flexibility of the IDS31 wide screen range, Advantech has successfully supplied solutions for applications as diverse as gaming, industrial control, and much more.
IDS31 series is designed with narrow bezels and the reduced thickness makes for good aesthetics in the end product along with a wide viewing angle and contrast for both portrait and landscape usage. Its narrow bezels and slim design maximize its usable area and minimize the challenges of industrial integration.
IDS31 series is fitted with its own video interface card with DVI/VGA inputs and optional USB for touch screen interface. The IDS31 Series is available with eight screen options: 7” IDS31-070W, 10.4” IDS31-104, 15.6” IDS31-156W, 18.5” IDS31-185W, 19” IDS31-190, 21.5” IDS31-215W, 23” IDS31-230W, and 32” IDS31-320W.
