Holtek announces the release of its new wireless communication dedicated MCU, an Arm Cortex-M0+ core Sub-1GHz GFSK transceiver, the HT32F67233. The device operates in the 315/433/470/868/915MHz license-free ISM Bands and is suitable for wireless bidirectional transmission applications such as in smart homes, security products, industrial/agricultural automation, data acquisition and recording, etc.
The device has an operating frequency of up to 40MHz, contains a 32KB Flash memory, a 4 KB SRAM and provides a maximum RF transmitting power of +20dBm. Its receiving current can be as low as 5.8mA at 433MHz. It supports both OOK and GFSK modulation and has a transmission rate of up to 250Kbps. The device also includes an Auto-Transmit-Receive (ATR) function.
With regard to interfaces, it contains 21 GPIO pins and multiple communication interfaces, including UART, USART, I2C and SPI type interfaces. It has an operating voltage range of 2.0V~3.6V and is supplied in a 46-pin QFP package type.
To assist users with their HT32F67233 applications, the Holtek RF service teams are available to help customers with the rapid development of their various IoT applications.
