TAIPEI, Taiwan－E Ink will exhibit new consumer products using E Ink’s Ink-In-Motion (IIM) technology in the Source Direct region of the ASD merchandise tradeshow in Las Vegas March 16, 2014 – Wednesday, March 19, 2014.
Ink?In?MotionTM (IIM) electronic paper displays are thin, lightweight, flexible and powered by small batteries, adds life to common objects by adding displays which give a sense of motion or lighting with ultra-low power.
IIM displays have been used by retailers as advertising promotions in retail environments. The same technology can be used to deliver unique products such as smartphone cases, water bottles, greeting cards, watches, children’s furniture, toys or other novelty products. The technology is based on the same technology used in eReaders around the world.
