APLEX Technology announces a new Intel Atom E3800 product family Bay Trail series in its HMI (Human Machine Interface) portfolio. The ARCHMI-8xx(P) series addresses industrial-grade user demand for outstanding computing performance and high resolution graphics. On top of that, ARCHMI-8xx(P) series significantly reduces power consumption while operating. This new HMI series targets at automation applications and offers LCD sizes from 7” to 21.5” for selection.
APLEX fanless ARCHMI-8xx(P) series features rugged design and provides the front bezel with IP65 rating to build up water and dust resistance. The Aluminum alloy die-casting enclosure provides superior heat dissipation and prevents dust intrusion resulting in less downtime under stringent industrial environment.
Armed with Intel Atom E3845/Celeron N2930 processor, ARCHMI-8xx(P) series delivers stunning improvements in computing performance and energy efficiency. Moreover, a combination of smart storage and APLEX’s unique thermal design provides an easily accessible feature and remains a compact outlook.

In responding to the increasing demands on HMIs, APLEX ARCHMI deploys 7xx series/8xx series and 9xx series and all of them feature fanless rugged IP65 solution and are characterized by Aluminum die-casting chassis with wide voltage (9~36V DC). In addition they all support PCT and optional resistive touch and provide a wide range of LCD selections from 7” to 21.5”, enabling industrial-grade users to facilitate their applications in specific markets.
