Holtek announces the release of a new high functionally integrated and high cost-effective Voice Type Blood Pressure Meter dedicated Flash MCU, the BH67F2262. The device retains the original high performance blood pressure measurement circuit functions, which include multiple amplifiers with programmable gain and bias features, band-pass filter, 12-bit A/D converter, constant current generator, charge pump, regulator etc.
In addition to these features this new device now includes a voice function which uses the internal PWM function to directly drive speakers as well as having the ability to interface to an external SPI Flash Memory. An external SPI Flash Memory can be used to store not only voice data but also measurement data and calibration parameters, greatly improving the application flexibility. The above functions, along with Holtek’s voice development software platform and voice library, combine to provide an excellent solution for blood pressure meter applications.
This voice type LCD MCU includes 16K×16 bits of Flash Program Memory, 512×8 bits of RAM Data Memory and 64×8 bits of true EEPROM as well as an extensive range of peripheral functions. Supplied in both 64-pin and 80-pin LQFP package types, the device will be able to meet the needs of different voice based blood pressure meter products.
