TAIPEI, Taiwan - Qualcomm Taiwan Corporation announced the launch of the “Qualcomm Taiwan R&D Cooperation Program”for investment in Taiwanese colleges and universities in order to carry out research in the following three cutting-edge domains: wireless communications, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and multimedia. Qualcomm anticipates being able to cultivate young talent in Taiwan and enhance the innovation ecosystem in Taiwan through this program.
In addition to providing funding, the “Qualcomm Taiwan R&D Cooperation Program”will also support potential researchers to obtain valuable research skills and expertise in order to enhance their career development. The program will also support the creation of a comprehensive innovation ecosystem and improve Taiwan’s competitiveness in global technological industries.
